Overview
Finned tube heat exchangers are our main product line. We also manufacture shell and tube and spiral plate heat exchangers, including pressure-bearing equipment. Fabrication follows the applicable standard and drawing, with inspection hold points at key stages and pressure testing before dispatch.
Manufacturing capability
The main operations by product line are listed below. Thermal design, mechanical design and process documents are handled by the technical team.
- Finned tube manufacture: high-frequency welding, brazing, expansion, embedding and winding
- Tube bundle assembly: tubesheet machining, tube insertion, expansion or welding, support plate assembly
- Shell and frame: cutting, rolling, fit-up and welding of carbon steel and stainless steel
- Pressure and leak testing: hydrostatic and air-tight tests to the standard and contract
- Surface treatment and packing: preparation, painting, cleaning and export packing
Pressure-bearing equipment
We can manufacture and inspect shell and tube heat exchangers for pressurized duty.
Design pressure, design temperature and material range are confirmed against the project conditions and should be stated in the enquiry.
Quality and inspection
- Incoming material inspection with mill certificates filed by batch
- Welding procedure qualification and welder qualification control
- Hydrostatic and air-tight testing to the standard or contract
- Dispatch documents: material certificates, inspection records, test reports and certificate of conformity

- Italy: copper tube with carbon steel shell and tube heat exchanger, single unit delivered and in operation
